Richard Beleutz
Richard founded AIR in April 2004 and is responsible for the strategic direction of the firm. He is responsible for integrating selling efforts across the company. He is also involved with all aspects of the capital raising process including evaluating deal flow and building distribution channels to capital placement negotiations. From 2002-2004, Beleutz & Associates, LLC successfully raised $50 million as a hedge fund using proprietary models to trade both international mutual funds and S&P Futures. From 1993-2004, Richard built a $50 million retail financial advisory business with American Express Financial Advisors (AEFA), attaining Platinum Advisor status in 2003. He developed extensive financial marketing experience through over a decade of building his book of clientele and through leading and teaching advisors and managers. He entered formal management for AEFA (now Ameriprise) in 1996 as a District Manager and was promoted to a Branch Manager role running their downtown Chicago office thru January 2004. His knowledge of financial markets has earned him television appearances on ABC News. He received a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan in 1992. He holds Series 7, 9, 10, 24 and 63 securities and principal licenses and the IL Life Accident & Health Insurance license. Richard is also an avid skier and enjoys travelling.
