Mark Sullivan

Mark has more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions, with firms ranging from Goldman Sachs in New York to Private Equity Partners in Incline Village, which he founded to serve growth companies in mid-size and smaller cities. As a result, his experience includes both established company and highly entrepreneurial environments. During his career, Mark has completed more than 100 financial advisory projects with aggregate value exceeding $5 billion. He launched Double-Black Advisors to help company owners and management teams in these areas of expertise, as a consultant on specific projects and as an investment banker for company sales and capital raises. In addition to representing companies on numerous transactions, he has guided owners in responding effectively to unsolicited acquisition inquiries, developed business strategy shifts, provided complex financial analyses, identified strategic partnering opportunities, and made introductions on behalf of clients to executives at potential customers, investors, lenders, and industry trade associations. He also serves on growth company advisory boards and is a member of the investment committee for Battle Born Ventures. M ark earned his MBA from Harvard Business School, and graduated summa cum laude with a double-major in math and economics from Dartmouth College. He holds Series 79, 62, and 63 securities licenses.
