Chad Gracia
Chad has helped his clients raise more than $1 billion in the Middle East, where he has worked for more than 20 years. He has advised high net worth individuals in the region, Saudi ambassadors, the Saudi Royal Court, various regional institutions, the Emerging Markets Private Equity Association (EMPEA) as well as the U.S. government. As a placement agent, Chad has represented some of the largest and most successful hedge funds and private equity funds in the world; in real estate, he was in charge of Extell Development's Middle East relationship-building efforts. Since 2013, he has been the private sector mission leader for U.S. Commerce Department Certified Private Equity and Real Estate Trade Missions to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the UAE and Oman, where he works closely with U.S. embassies and ambassadors to introduce fund manager delegations to local investors. His network of strong relationships with more than 100 active LPs in the GCC, including dozens of local family offices, institutions and SWFs, have proven helpful for those seeking investment from the region.
