Mark Caccavo
Mark Caccavo has over 25 years of investment management and structuring experience. He founded Bombora Advisory in 2017 providing investment services to family offices, UHNW investors and institutional clients with a focus on the pre-IPO marketplace and alternative investments. Prior to Bombora, Mark ran equity derivatives and corporate solutions for Santander US including cross-border M&A between US banking relationships and LatAm family-owned businesses. Mark also worked at Natixis Capital Markets with roles in equity derivatives and structured solutions for UHNW, retail and corporate investors. Prior to Natixis he held senior positions at US Trust and ran a trading desk dedicated to VCs and their limited partners and developed products and services for US Trust clients. Mark graduated from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs with a degree in economics and lives in New York City with his wife and two daughters. He possesses FINRA licenses Series 7 and 79.
