Zach Sease

Zach has quickly gained a broad range of experience and perspective in corporate finance and investment banking by working alongside diverse partners and clients on a wide variety of transaction types. Starting as an analyst for a private equity search firm, he worked closely with private equity groups to identify and analyze potential acquisition targets with the goal of improving management and efficiencies to maximize value. This experience was invaluable when transitioning into M&A and private equity placements by providing insight into how private equity investors view and analyze opportunities and how to best position his clients for optimal presentation. Mr. Sease has since been involved in the origination and execution of a broad spectrum of investment banking transactions to include buy-side & sell-side M&A, seed stage capital formation and growth capital formation across industries that include manufacturing, health & wellness, real estate, oil & gas, equipment dealerships and biopharma. Mr. Sease has also developed substantial relationships with community banks, regional banks and institutional lenders across the country that service needs for acquisition financing, debt restructuring, refinances, term debt, equipment leasing, lines of credit and more. Additionally, he has actively worked to build a network of private/non-traditional lenders that can support his client’s needs for creative financing solutions like purchase order/inventory financing, vendor credit extension, hard-money loans and accounts receivable factoring, among others. Clients are supported in the creation of a financing package to streamline lender underwriting, identification of likely lending partners and sourcing the highest and best financing proposals.
