Jake Gallagher

Jake Gallagher is the Founder and Managing Director of VESO, a platform focused on providing liquidity to employees and other shareholders of late stage venture backed companies. 

Prior to founding VESO, Jake Gallagher was the Director of Private Secondaries at North Capital Private Securities. He was responsible for originating and executing secondary transactions in addition to growing their member base. He spent time on their primary issuance business originating deal flow across real estate, venture capital, and other alternative investment strategies.

Before NCPS, Jake served as an equities broker at Worden Capital Management where he worked directly with high net worth clients on sophisticated trading strategies in public equities. In addition to Worden, he was an advisor to high net worth individuals on estate planning and risk mitigation strategies at Mutual of Omaha Investor Services

Jake graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a BA in Economics and Mathematics. He holds his Series 7, 65, 63, and 24.
