Jeff Nolan

Prior to leading Mile Square Capital Advisors and acting as an agent of Rainmaker Securities, Jeff most recently worked in the technology investment banking group at Madison Park Group in New York. In this role and for nearly twelve years, Jeff focused on advising expansion stage software companies in the vertical software, tech-enabled services and digital media sectors. As one of the first advisors to join the founding partners of Madison Park Group, Jeff has advised on over 65 sell/buy-side M&A and financing transactions totaling more than $5.0 billion in enterprise value.  Jeff has also personally participated in technology financing deals that raised a cumulative $3.0 billion in capital from various investment consortiums. Immediately prior to joining Madison Park Group, Jeff worked in the financial institutions group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York. At BAML, Jeff focused on large privately held and public companies in the financial technology, insurance and bank verticals.

Jeff holds a B.S. in Finance and Minor in Mathematics, from Indiana University. Jeff holds Series 63, 79, 82 and 24 securities licenses.
